Delete your VisionCinema AI account
Use this page to request permanent deletion of your VisionCinema AI account and the personal data associated with it. You do not need to install or open the app to submit a request.
How account deletion works
When you request deletion, we permanently delete your app account and associated user data. Temporary deactivation or freezing is not offered as a substitute for deletion.
Requests are typically completed within 7 business days of receipt. We will contact you at the email you provide if we need more information to verify ownership of the account.
What data we delete
Upon a verified deletion request, we delete or permanently remove:
- Account credentials — email address and hashed password used to sign in
- Profile data — your profile and remaining credit balance
- User-generated content — prompts, uploaded images or inputs, and AI-generated videos tied to your account
- Account-linked usage data — session and usage logs associated with your account
What data may be retained
We may retain certain information when required for legitimate reasons such as legal compliance, security, or fraud prevention. Examples include:
- Records needed to comply with tax, accounting, or regulatory obligations (for example, purchase confirmations processed through Google Play Billing)
- Information retained to detect or prevent fraud, abuse, or security incidents
- Anonymized or aggregated analytics that can no longer identify you

Before you delete
- Unused credits on your account will be forfeited and cannot be restored after deletion.
- VisionCinema AI uses one-time credit packs (not recurring subscriptions). There is no subscription to cancel before deleting your account.
- Purchase history stored in your Google account (Google Play) remains under Google's control and is not deleted by us.
